I am an IATA member, how does this affect my voting?
TopWe highly value IATA member's knowledge of the industry. Members are asked to provide their IATA number on registration, making them eligible for a 'voting status' upgrade which will double the value of any single IATA vote cast.
I am an IATA member, but did not provide my IATA number when I registered. How can I upgrade my 'voting status'?
TopIATA members are eligible for a 'voting status' upgrade at any time. Please email your IATA number to websupport@worldtravelawards.com and we will upgrade your account for you.
Can I leave a category out if I do not have sufficient knowledge of the area?
TopYes, please simply skip any category for which you do not wish to cast a vote.’ Should read ‘Yes, please simply skip any category for which you do not wish to cast a vote by clicking on the ‘Skip this category’ option at the end of each category nominee list.’
Can I change my vote after it has been cast?
TopYes, votes may be changed at any time up until the voting period closing date. Please simply re-visit the relevant category and select an alternative nominee.
