CEO of Regency Travel and Tours, Tareq Abdullatif Taha has promised to keep offering the best services to customers in Qatar.

Regency Travel and Tours celebrated recently being named the ‘Middle East leading travel agency’ for the fourth time in a row at the World Travel Awards (WTA).

The company also won an award for being adjudged as ‘Qatar’s leading travel agency,’ which was presented for the first time at the ceremony.

CEO of Regency Travel and Tours, Tareq Abdullatif Taha claimed that his company is set apart from its competitors because of the quality and detailed services the employees provide.

He said: “Winning the award for the fourth time in a row is an extremely proud moment for me and the whole Regency team.”

He added that the opportunity to represent Qatar at the event was a major achievement, and dedicated the victory to his team of staff for the level of service they provided to customers.He explained that the company, which currently has 30 branches located across the country, will be expanding this year with another seven branches set to be opened.

Founder and president of the WTA, Graham Cooke said: “The Middle East is a shining example for the international industry despite the challenging times experienced by the region and destinations worldwide in the past two years.”
Having won the local and regional awards, Regency will now compete against other travel agencies around the world for the ‘world leading travel agency’ award, which they have won three times in the past.
