Qatar’s Regency Travel and Tours is poised to get the prestigious prize as the “World’s Leading Travel Agency” for the third year in a row after it was once again nominated this year by organisers of World Travel Awards (WTA).

Tareq Abdullatif Taha, CEO of Regency Travel and Tours, has expressed optimism that his company will be accorded the highest award in the global travel agency category during the WTA’s 16th Annual World Gala Ceremony today at the Grosvenor’s House of Marriot Hotel in London.

Regency Travel and Tours has consistently reaped such prestigious global award in 2007 and 2008 amid tight competition from other top travel agencies all over the world. However, Taha is confident enough they can repeat it again this year.

“I am excited and confident of winning for the third year in a row,” Taha said adding that he is proud to represent Qatar for having yet again nominated to the elite hopefuls for the coveted “World’s Leading Travel Agency” award.
