InterGameOnline: Yas Waterworld unique record

30 April 2019 - InterGameOnline

Abu Dhabi’s Yas Waterworld has created a unique record – an entry into the Guinness Book of Records for the most nationalities in a swimming pool.

The record fits well with the UAE Government’s declared Year of Tolerance to help to foster stability in the region.

Yas Waterworld managed to get people from 102 different countries into a swimming pool at the same time, watched by officials of Guinness World Records to record the event. The venue’s Amwaj Wave Pool was used for the occasion.

Last year the World Travel Awards named Yas Waterworld as the World’s Leading Water Park. It is managed by Farah Experiences.
