Voting opens ahead of World Travel Awards Europe Gala Ceremony 2018

Voting has opened ahead of the World Travel Awards (WTA) Europe Gala Ceremony 2018.

The red-carpet event will take place in the Zappeion Megaron Hall, Athens, Greece, on 30th June, with industry leaders from across the continent in attendance.

Voters – both members of the public and from within the hospitality industry – have until 20th May to make their voices heard ahead of the prestigious event.

Ballots can be cast here.

The event will be the second stop on the WTA Grand Tour 2018, which marks WTA’s 25th anniversary of honouring excellence in the international hospitality industry.

Graham Cooke, President & Founder, WTA said: “WTA has maintained its position as the industry leader for the past 25 years, consistently proving its value as the global benchmark for excellence in the hospitality business.

“This year will be extra special as we will be celebrating our 25th anniversary, so there is a lot to look forward to – including our Europe Gala Ceremony 2018 in Greece’s incredible capital.”

Located in the National Gardens of Athens, the Zappeion Megaron Hall will provide a stunning backdrop to the Europe Gala Ceremony.

More than 300 guests are expected to attend, representing the elite of the European hospitality industry.

Partners include HotelBrain, Hellenic Republic Ministry of Tourism and Visit Greece.
