World Travel Awards has arrived in Doha, Qatar for what is certain to be a glittering Grand Final Gala Ceremony at the magnificent La Cigale Hotel on November 30th 2013. World Travel Awards celebrates its 20th Anniversary this year, and the Grand Final Ceremony completes the World Grand Tour which has seen awards presented across 5 continents culminating to the Grand Finale at the end of 2013.

One of the top celebrities in the Middle East, Maya Diab will be headlining.  She has won several prestigious awards and is admired for her charity work and is also the national spokeswoman for the Children’s cancer foundation in Lebanon.  She was also involved in an award winning Egyptian drama series as an actress in a leading role and is currently hosting the entertainment show on MTV "Heik Minghanne" which is one of the most highly watched TV programs of all time in the Middle East.  As a solo artist, she has recorded and filmed a duo “Sawa” with Ramy Ayach and released a very successful single “Shaklak Ma Btaaref” which was directed by the acclaimed Said El Marouk.

Acclaimed celebrity, Ece Vahapoglu, will be Master of Ceremonies for the Awards. Born in Istanbul, she is a broadcaster, media personality with her own TV shows and best-seller books.  Her television career spans appointments with NTV and CNBC-e, SkyTurk TV, ATV and CINE5.

Then the enchanting Enana dance group, named after the ancient Syrian goddess of love and art will captivate with its artistic inspiration from Arabic history and Syrian folklore. It blends reality and fiction in the choreography, blending ancient and modern history to present traditional dance and folklore incorporating the beauties and disciplines of classical dance.

Other glittering entertainment includes acclaimed electric violinist Micah, who will entertain with his electrifying fusion of violin and electronic music. At just thirteen, he performed with Liza Minnelli at the Philadelphia Academy of Music and then joined the Philadelphia Youth Orchestra as principle first violinist, under Anthony Primavera.
