Sonesta Nile Cruises is pleased to reveal that it has been named "Africa’s and Indian Ocean’s Leading River Cruise Company" at the World Travel Awards for the second year in a row.

The announcement was made at a gala dinner held at Soho Square in Sharm EL Sheikh, Egypt which was attended by more than 1,000 guests, including top members of the media, owners of hotels in Sharm, tour operators, members of the ministry of tourism, as well as vice president operations and business development, Sonesta Middle East, Nahed Samir.

Sonesta currently operates a fleet of six cruise ships on the Nile River, offering luxury journeys between Luxor and Aswan.
