Etihad Airways, the national airline of the UAE and the recent winner of the World’s Leading Airline at the World Travel Awards is getting in on the game and strengthening its support of sport in Australia through a sponsorship of the Australian Schools Rugby Team.

Late last month, Etihad jetted the 28 member squad and their seven member coaching staff to Dublin to begin their month long tour of Ireland and the United Kingdom. Known as the launching pad for future Wallabies, the Australian Schools Rugby Team will experience a one-hop Abu Dhabi stopover with Etihad when they return down under on 20 December.
