Avis Europe is celebrating after being recognised in a series of awards, including being named ‘Europe’s Leading Business Car Rental Company’ at the World Travel Awards and ‘Car Hire Company of the Year’ at the British Travel Awards.

In total, the company scooped two British Travel Awards, six World Travel Awards, and was named ‘Car Hire Company of the Year’ by the Travel Trade Gazette and picked up a customer service award from the Viséo Conseil.

Wolfgang Neumann, group commercial director for Avis Europe, said: “We are thrilled that Avis has been recognised by the most prestigious awards across the board.”
