Further milestones for Rotana with 23 awards

Rotana announced yet further significant milestones in its’ enviable history of service, gaining further recognition of their commitment to quality customer care during recent award ceremonies held in Dubai that promotes excellence in the hospitality and tourism industry.

Rotana packed a total of 23 awards during the prestigious MENA awards, Business Traveller ME awards and the 16th Annual World Travel Awards. Commenting on these achievements Imad Elias Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer for Rotana said: “These awards stand testimony to the dedication, enthusiasm and sheer professionalism that our entire team shows towards their work and the hospitality industry in this region.
