THE Ascott Limited and three Philippine properties have earned nominations at the World Travel Awards 2026, reinforcing the group’s leadership in serviced residences and lifestyle hospitality. The recognition highlights Ascott Philippines’ commitment to meaningful stays across its brands, including Ascott, Citadines, Somerset, Oakwood, and lyf.
The Ascott Limited is nominated as Asia’s Leading Serviced Apartment Brand and the Philippines’ Leading Serviced Apartment Brand. Its properties also received nods: Ascott Bonifacio Global City Manila for Asia’s Leading Serviced Apartments, Ascott Makati for the Philippines’ Leading Serviced Apartments, and Citadines Bay City Manila for the Philippines’ Leading Lifestyle Hotel.
Ascott Bonifacio Global City continues its strong track record, with multiple wins from 2017 to 2025 across national, regional, and global categories. Ascott Makati also seeks to extend its legacy, having earned several titles since 2013, including recent wins in 2023 to 2025.
Citadines Bay City Manila celebrates its first nomination, recognized for its modern approach to urban stays. Established in 1993, the World Travel Awards is regarded as a benchmark of excellence, with winners selected by industry professionals and travelers worldwide. Voting runs until July 17, 2026.
