Transcorp Hilton, Abuja, has achieved a remarkable feat by winning five awards at the 2025 World Travel Awards, keeping its title as Africa’s and Nigeria’s top business hotel for the 11th year in a row.
The awards were presented at a glamorous event held at the Johari Rotana in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
Transcorp Hotel Assistant Public Relations and Marketing Manager, Ifeanyi Nnadi, who shared the news on behalf of the management, said the hotel stood out among many competitors in clinching the awards.
Transcorp Hilton, Abuja, received the following awards: Nigeria’s Leading Business Hotel, Nigeria’s Leading City Hotel, Nigeria’s Leading Hotel, Nigeria’s Leading Hotel Suite 2025 (Presidential Suite), and Africa’s Leading Business Hotel.

“This recognition reflects the hard work and passion of our team, who go above and beyond to ensure our guests have a great experience,” stated Mohamed Khalil, the hotel’s manager.
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Transcorp Hotels Plc, Uzo Oshogwe, celebrated the accomplishments as a strong sign of the hotel’s commitment to excellence.
He emphasized that winning the awards shows the hotel’s dedication to creating unforgettable experiences and setting high standards in the industry.
President and Founder of the World Travel Awards, Graham Cooke, expressed stated that the awards are highly respected in the travel and tourism industry, and winning one is a significant achievement.
Since its inception in 1993, the World Travel Awards have recognized outstanding achievements in travel and hospitality.
