Yahoo!: World Travel Awards names New Mexico a finalist for 2025 'North America's Leading Regional Destination'

New Mexico was named one of six finalists for "North America's Leading Regional Destination" for the 2025 World Travel Awards.

New Mexico joins the likes of Colorado, California, Florida, Québec and British Columbia as finalists.

"This recognition reinforces what so many travelers already know — that New Mexico offers something truly special," said New Mexico Tourism Department Acting Cabinet Secretary Lancing Adams. "From our rich cultural heritage and striking landscapes to our welcoming communities and unforgettable experiences, the Land of Enchantment continues to inspire and captivate visitors from around the world."
