Tourism Authority asks citizens to cast their vote for Saint Lucia in 30th Annual World Travel Awards

The Saint Lucia Tourism Authority asked the citizens to cast their vote for Saint Lucia in the prestigious annual World Travel Awards. The Authority said the clock is ticking, and less than two weeks are left.
This year, Saint Lucia has been nominated in several categories, including Caribbean’s Leading Adventure Tourism Destination, Caribbean’s Leading Cruise Destination, Caribbean’s Leading Destination, Caribbean’s Leading Honeymoon Destination, Caribbean’s Leading Luxury Island Destination, and Caribbean’s Leading Nature Destination.
Saint Lucia, in 2022 won the title of Caribbean’s Leading Adventure Tourism Destination and was crowned for the 13th time as the Caribbean’s Leading Honeymoon Destination. Known for its breathtaking beauty, pristine beaches, and vibrant culture, the island of Saint Lucia has consistently been recognized as one of the top destinations in the Caribbean.
The World Travel Awards, widely regarded as the “Oscars of the travel industry,” celebrates excellence in the global tourism and hospitality sectors. Each year, industry professionals and discerning travellers cast their votes to determine the winners in various categories.
This year, the Caribbean and the Americas Gala Ceremony, where the winners will be announced, will take place on August 26 in Saint Lucia.
