WTA Europe Gala Ceremony 2023 to Take Place in Batumi

The 30th anniversary Europe Gala Ceremony 2023 of the World Travel Awards (WTA) is set to take place in Batumi, Georgia, which has emerged as a thrilling new tourist destination and an investment hub for the tourism industry. This prestigious event, scheduled for 30th September 2023, will gather prominent figures from the travel industry across the continent.

Batumi is the capital of the autonomous Ajara region and boasts a favorable year-round climate on the shores of the Black Sea, with a stunning backdrop of the snow-capped Ajara Mountains. The gala ceremony will be held at the Gonio Fortress, a 2,000-year-old historical monument and one of the world’s best-preserved examples of Roman architecture. This site is rich in mythology and legends, adding to its allure as a top-tier venue for this VIP event.
