A real Corker Spa can relax after hat-trick of awards

iT'S a case of third time is also lucky for the Inchydoney Island Lodge & Spa in Cork, which has been voted the country's Leading Spa Resort at the World Travel Awards for . . .the third time.

The hotel is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year and was also the only Irish Spa to feature in this year's Condé Nast Readers Travel Awards as one of the Top 15 Destination Spas in the world.

Pictured (left) celebrating their win in Inchydoney at the weekend were spa therapists Ilona Binda, Patrycia Skotnicka and Tricia Murphy.

Delighted spa owner, Des O'Dowd, said: "These are amazing accolades for all the staff who have worked so hard to achieve this recognition.

"We started as one of the first spas in Ireland and to be voted the best in the country three times and to be the only Irish spa named among the world's best by Condé Nast readers proves to us that we are still leading the pack," said Mr O'Dowd.
