Terms & Conditions
1. The competition is open to registered voters for the 2008 World Travel Awards. All entrants must be over 18. The competition is not open to employees of World Group Limited, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draws.
2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by 6pm on the final voting closing date, 3rd October 2008 in Great Britain.
4. The winner will be notified within 7 working days of the final voting closing date.
5. One entrant will win 2 tickets to attend the World Travel Awards World & Caribbean Ceremony on 5TH December 2008, 3 nights all-inclusive accommodation at Beaches Resort Turks & Caicos, and return flights to Turks & Caicos only. The prize does not include travel insurance, personal expenditure and other incidental costs external to the resort’s all inclusive package. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they have a valid passport and obtain any necessary visas and vaccinations for their trip.
6. The 4 night’s all-inclusive accommodation and return flights can only be taken at the time of the World and Caribbean Ceremony itself.
7. All elements of the prize are subject to availability and are non transferable. There are no cash alternatives.
8. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
9. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s prior consent.
10. The competition and the terms and conditions of this agreement will be governed by English law.
