Katara Hall, located in the Katara Cultural Village, recently won the award as ‘Qatar’s Leading Conference Centre 2012’ at the World Travel Awards.

Designed as an ideal setting for international and local events, it features an immense floor area to accommodate 1,500 people.

The hall can be divided into three separate halls, each accommodating up to 500 people, and is primarily designed for events, weddings, training, seminars, exhibitions and conferences.

“We won this award of Qatar’s Leading Conference Centre 2012 for our employees’ loyalty and quality of service and food,” elaborated Katara Hall general manager Eman Abela.

“It is supposed to be five-star service, but we are trying to satisfy the guest and make him feel he is in his own home – that is the secret of our success. We always care for satisfying our employees and train them to keep in high spirit.”
