An outstanding feature of the 18-hole par 72 Nirwana Bali Golf Club – located within the Pan Pacific Nirwana Bali Resort area –, designed by golf legend Greg Norman, is the presence of rice fields, a large proportion of which are incorporated as roughs and hazards. The rice fields will also lend a totally Balinese flavour to the course, making it not only a unique experience for golfers but also distinguishing the resort from other developments in Bali.

Meet the Winner
Pan Pacific Nirwana Bali Resort is an integrated resort area covering 103 Ha that blends hotel, residential, and sports facilities, that will continue to grow. One of properties is the Pan Pacific Nirwana Bali Resort, which has previously been operated, and is now entering refurbishment phase – has reached 65%. Variety of project development program that has begun in mid-2011 will be completed in December 2011. Other under development project in the Pan Pacific Nirwana Bali Resort area is Nirwana Bali Residences, which has launched three luxury villas and three resort apartments – small clusters that blend in the beauty of country side – in January 2011. In five to eight years ahead, Bakrieland Hotels & Resorts will also develop serviced suites and villas within Nirwana Bali Resort area, which will be operated by the five-star international operator management.
